The Premier VideoDance System will occupy a space approximately 22' wide x 12' deep (depth can be towards a corner) and will raise up 8-12' in the air.  The entertainers table (provided by venue or client) will occupy a space 8' wide x 8-10' deep immediately to one side of the system.  This system requires 4 - 30 amp 110V circuits or 220V power (3 or 4 wire stove plug).

We typically allow 3 hours for setup, and 2 hours for load-out with this system.  Additional time may be necessary if room furnishings or decorations make moving equipment difficult, or if the loading location is a distance from the setup location.

When planning your room layout, always allow ample room for foot-traffic between tables, etc.  Space requirements listed above include USED floor space only.  No space is accounted for guests around that area, so tables and chairs should not be placed too closely to that perimeter.
